Facebook has to have such policies in place to prevent people form putting up truly inappropriate pictures. Unfortunately, someone has decided to abuse that system and mark that picture as inappropriate. You should examine the privacy settings on your account and see who could have seen the photo. If its public, such is life. If it is only available to your friends, you should think about who would play a trick or who is upset with you. I would like to know the reason for this 'banned' photo. I have similar experience at about sensitive topics about finance issues. If you post a critical article or opinion, well funded in a mainstream paper then the change is very high it will be banned...(the truth may not be told??) But that's another topic i know.
